Registration for the 6H MTB Luberon is for a team. Runners can register as a group or individually. In the case of separate registration of runners, no refund will be possible if one (or more) runner (s) of this team withdraws. The team will then be validated with the registered runners.

On-site registrations increased by 20 €.
The order of registration determines your place on the starting grid and gives you priority in choosing your campsite.
Registration is done online but payment can be made either online (by credit card) or by deferred payment (by check or transfer).
Please note, registration is only validated upon receipt of payment and reservations are only kept for 7 days, pending receipt of payment (see possible payment methods below).
An information email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of payment or in the event of cancellation of the reservation in the event of non-payment within 7 days.

Medical certificate
Each rider must prove that he presents no contraindication to the practice of mountain biking in competition. He can do it:
either by providing a medical certificate less than 1 year old on the day of the event and authorizing "the practice of mountain biking in competition",
or by presenting a cycling license for the current year and approved by a doctor. Only FFC and UFOLEP licenses are accepted. No license from another federation may be the subject of proof of non-contraindication to the practice of mountain biking in competition.
The runners must send these certificates with the registration (by post or email)
Please note: A runner who cannot present these certificates will not be able to start the race and will not be able to claim a refund from the organization.

Refund / Replacement
After registration, and until May 9, 2021, the replacement of a rider already registered by another rider is possible, at no additional cost. To do this, the replacement rider must pre-register on the site (registration with deferred payment) and inform the organization specifying the replaced rider.

No refund is possible after registration. However, until May 2, 2021, in the event of injury and upon presentation of a medical certificate clearly stating the prohibition of participation in a mountain biking event, a partial refund will be offered (registration fee less € 10 for fees management and costs already incurred). No refund will be possible after May 2, 2021.
